We use those data because Mindful Escapes has a legitimate interest to promote its products and services. Our primary purpose in collecting and processing personal data is to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Therefore, your personal data are collected and processed by us for the following purposes:

Using Information from Mindful Escapes
Mindful Escapes enables you to share personal and financial information to use our services. We encourage you to disclose your privacy practices and respect the privacy of other users. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information and therefore we encourage you to evaluate the privacy and security policies of your trading partner before entering into a transaction and choosing to share your information. To help protect your privacy, we allow only limited access to other users’ contact, address and financial information to facilitate your transactions. When users are involved in a transaction, our services partners may have access to a user’s name, User ID, email address and other contact and personal information. In all cases, you must give other users a chance to remove themselves from your database and a chance to review what information you have collected about them.
You agree to use user information only for:
- Mindful Escapes transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages;
- Using services offered through Mindful Escapes (e.g. press, public relations, marketing, promotion, etc.), or
- Other purposes that a user explicitly has agreed on chooses.
We use “cookies” (small files placed on your hard drive) on certain of our pages to help analyze our web page flow; customize our services, content and advertising; measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety.
Most internet browsers are automatically set up to accept cookies. No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing

You are not licensed to add other Mindful Escapes users, even a user who contacts you directly, to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report Mindful Escapes-related spam or spoof emails to Mindful Escapes, please contact email@example.com. You may not use our platform to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools.
Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your Mindful Escapes password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal data with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal data and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately notify Mindful Escapes and change your password.
Your Rights About the Use of Your Personal Data
You have certain rights listed below over how the data is processed and can exercise these rights at any point.
- The right to access, rectify and update. You have the right to access, rectify and update your personal data at any time by signing on to Mindful Escapes. Generally, we will not manually modify your personal data because it is very difficult to verify your identity remotely. If you wish to rectify or update personal data disclosed in a public posting, please let us know and we will take reasonable steps to respond to your request in accordance with legal requirements.
- The right to data portability. Under certain circumstances, you have the right to (i) request that we send you a copy of your personal data you provided to us, in which case we shall provide you with those data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or (ii) transmit those data to another controller.

Your personal data is stored on our servers and those of our service providers.
