The Moab Mindful Running Retreat (Level II) is a four-day, three-night running retreat designed to help you build a healthy, long-term relationship with running through mindfulness workshops, restorative yoga, and daily guided trail runs through the red-rock desert of Moab.

Although you may be challenged by the terrain and mileage of this retreat (daily runs are between 5 and 9 miles), Run Wild Retreats encourages a pace that is "relaxed, playful and social." Each guided run includes time to stop, hydrate, and take in the views -- and the supportive approach to every run means you never have to worry about keeping up with anyone else.
