Ideal for runners brand-new to trail running or easing back into a routine after layoff or injury, the Moab Mindful Running Retreat (Level I) encourages a relaxed, playful pace with a run/walk approach. You'll cover between 3 and 6 miles a day through the red-rock scenery of Moab, surrounded and supported by like-minded women.

Running highlights include Navajo Rock Trails, the famed Fisher Towers and petrified dinosaur fossils on the aptly named Dino Trail.

This retreat includes accommodations at the charming Red Cliffs Lodge, gourmet meals, restorative yoga, and practical clinics covering posture, natural running form, and mindful running.
